About Us

We are a new enterprise, based in Swansea, and providing business support to medium and small businesses, primarily in South Wales. We have many years experience in service delivery, business support and life skills.

Chris James (owner and lead advisor)

Chris has some 35 years of very varied management experience, primarily in an Information Technology (IT) environment, supporting Government administration, Health Service and manufacturing organisations.

This includes business continuity management, budget/financial, project and team management, recruiting, transition of people between companies, team building, and customer relationship building and turn around.

Life has given him plenty of apposite lessons to draw from, and the knowledge there will be a win win solution to any problem. His focus is always on a positive approach to achieve successful delivery, meeting if not exceeding customer requirements.

He is a member of the British Computer Society (BCS), the Project Management Institute (PMI), and an affiliate member of the Business Continuity Institute (BCI).

Lynda James

Lynda is an experienced auditor and administrator with a long and successfultrack record in the public sector, covering information systems, statistics, administration and corporate governance (encompassing all aspects of information security and assurance, regulatory and legal compliance, business continuity and privacy).
